Leadership Retreat tickets are nontransferable. If you need to cancel your Leadership Retreat ticket, you can do so in the "My Passes" tab. You can also email events@doterra.com or call Member Services with your request.

Cancellation Fee-

In Person:

October 15, 2025 – February 16, 2026: A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your ticket refund.
After February 16, 2026 there will be no refunds or downgrades.

Virtual:

Virtual tickets can be cancelled with no fee until February 16, 2026
After February 16, 2026 there will be no refunds.
